Process
A process you can plan a launch around.
Five stages, each with something you can review. Written scope and fixed price before the build starts, weekly demos while it runs, and support after go-live.
Discovery
Goals, buyers, competitors and a technical audit of what exists today. You get a written scope and a fixed price.
Strategy & design
Sitemap, keyword map and page designs in Figma, reviewed before a single line of code is written.
Build
Development on a staging server with weekly demos, so you see progress rather than waiting for a reveal.
Optimise & launch
Speed, accessibility, on-page SEO, analytics and redirects checked, then a monitored go-live.
Grow & support
30 days of support included, then optional monthly SEO, ads and maintenance with clear reporting.

What clients say after the site goes live.
Most of my work comes from referrals and repeat clients. Here is what they say about the builds, the ranking work and what it was like to run a project with me.

Ask a Question ↗Discovery comes first: your goals, your buyers, your competitors and a technical audit of the current site. You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything is built. Then sitemap, keyword map and design in Figma, development on a staging server with weekly demos, and a monitored go-live once speed, SEO and analytics checks pass.
A focused business site runs 3 to 4 weeks; a WooCommerce store 5 to 8, depending on catalogue size and content readiness. Speed and conversion improvements show up in the first month. SEO is slower by nature: expect early ranking movement around month two or three, and meaningful traffic gains from month four onward.
Often that is the better option, and I will say so if it is. I audit what you have, then recommend either targeted fixes to the weak areas or a full rebuild, with the reason and the cost for each path. You decide with the numbers in front of you.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, most clients move to a monthly care plan covering updates, backups, security monitoring, speed checks and small content changes. Larger features are quoted separately, and your site is built so adding them later does not mean starting over.
Yes. Technical audits, on-page optimisation, local SEO and ecommerce SEO are all available independently. You get a prioritised roadmap rather than a vague retainer, and monthly reporting against the keywords that actually bring enquiries.
Both. Most of my work is with businesses in the US, UK and EU, with daily overlap with European hours and US mornings, and all communication in English. For agencies I work white-label: under NDA, inside your project tools, delivering under your brand.
